About Me

My journey with meditation, yoga, and all things mindful, began over a decade ago healing from an accident. It led me to a deeper appreciation and understanding of how these practices can transform lives and I've been sharing them ever since.

Through extensive training, I am qualified to lead Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) practices from Brown University's School of Professional Studies and hold a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification from Yoga Farm Ithaca. My expertise also includes a certificate in Lovingkindness (Metta) meditation from The Path and Nalanda Institute, NYC. I've also studied with Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, a non profit spun out of Google, and I just celebrated my tenth year as a daily practitioner of Transcendental Meditation (TM).

Through a practical, grounded approach, I'll guide you to cultivate self-compassion and build a personalized practice that brings harmony to your life. I've shared these tools with individuals and organizations across NYC and D.C., and I'm here to help you unlock your fullest potential.
I have a deep passion for these practices, believing they can bring balance not only to the individual but to the collective energy of the universe as a whole.
